Delay to animal rescue court case
Animal rescuers involved in a court case of more than 100 equines will have to wait until next year for the case to be completed.

Redwings, based in Norwich Road, Hapton, have been housing eight donkeys and 13 ponies, with the World Horse Welfare looking after 11 horses.
The Gray family, from Amersham, face 12 counts of causing unnecessary suffering to, and failing to meet the welfare needs of the animals.
James, 44, Julie, 40, Jodie, 19 and Cordelia, 19, Gray, from Hyde Heath appeared at Oxford Magistrates Court today and were told they will return to court on December 8 for the trial. A 15-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is also facing charges in connection with this case.
