That said, I have love in equal parts for Tchaikovsky’s “The Nutcracker” and horsies. Heaven upon heavens, Noble Horse Theatre in the Old Town neighborhood is staging “The Nutcracker on Horseback” through Jan. 10. Come for the stallions, stay for the horseback-riding Mouse King.
