CALIFORNIA — A herd of horses in south Morgan Hill (Santa Clara County) are being starved to death. Santa Clara County Animal Control have been notified repeatedly and refuse to take action.

  2. Does anyone have an address of the place thats starving the horses, got the Police Dept waiting , they need an address of where the starving horses are, I was given a direct line to give them an address!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
