  1. I wish you would publish some information in your blog about how horses are being shot and some even being killed by federal law enforcement agents at the protest site. Some horses esp. with native American rider are being hit with beanbag rounds and some with deadly force.

There was a veterinarian who traveled almost a thousand miles to the protest site to try to help horses injured by law enforcement (that made national news).

Local news reports also indicated that when injured horses lost their riders the horses were abandoned so that the riders could be taken into custody.

I can only imagine how these abandoned horses could survive especially injured in the brutal winter weather. This is a story that need to be brought to the attention of a lot of people, people who could make a difference.

I can’t imagine why law enforcement is allowed to be deliberately cruel to these horses so that it’s easier for law enforcement to arrest the riders. Sick and sad!!!

    1. AMAZING PHOTO!!!! We need to support the Native Americans who love their horses, plus their land needs to be protected also!! (Both for humans & equines alike).. Remember what our government did to destroy these innocent tribes many moons ago.. Shame on our government.. These tribes only wished to preserve their heritage for generations that would follow..
