Vegan Super Bowl LI Recipes

Because it has been all hands to battle stations on just about every horse protection issue there is (plus some we are only just learning about), we have not put together a new list of Vegan snacks for this year’s Super Bowl. But do not despair.

There is nothing wrong with taking a look at last year’s Vegan Super Bowl recipes. I am going to make all of them plus the one below and watch movies instead (don’t tell anyone).

The Hummus That Changed Everything

I am adding the following recipe to my list of goodies for Super Sunday. It is one I make regularly and never, ever get tired of. It is indeed “The Hummus That Changed Everything“. It’s from Oh She Glows. Naturally!

But the treat I am most looking forward to from last year is the one pictured below. Sun-Dried Tomato Basil pinwheels.

This recipe is so easy.

Dana, who created it, says “This recipe is simple, requiring just 8 ingredients and 15 minutes to prepare! Just stir filling ingredients, spread into a tortilla, roll and slice!”
