Vegan Donut Recipes
There are so many recipes for great vegan donuts you can make yourself.
All the recipes I have are for baked donuts so a donut baking pan is needed.
I have been gifted and re-gifted with donut baking pans over the years, so I have oodles even though I keep giving the darn things away.
Perhaps right now you have one or two lurking in the back of a cupboard you have forgotten about. Yank that baby out and give one of the recipes in the link below a try.
My fave is the one featured above. It is sweet and citrus-y and marvelous. How fun to bake in the early hours of the morning when all are asleep.

My Darling Vegan
My Darling Vegan is where the fantastic Maple Bacon Donuts comes from that are my husband’s very, very favourite. He can eat six or seven in one day.
Lucky for him, my daughter bakes them for him whenever he wants. But he’s been on a diet lately, kinda sorta. If he were vegan (I generously nag him) he wouldn’t need to lose weight and he knows it. Ha ha ha. Good try, right?

Oh, by the way, that reminds me. I am working on a post for y’all. It’s about our mixed marriage and how we work it out. I am vegan. My daughter is vegan. My husband is not vegan. He’s not even vegetarian. None of his buddies are vegan or vegetarian. Neither are my daughter’s. But it works, and I am going to tell you why. You may be surprised! But that’s for later.
