5 minute healthy mug cinnamon rolls

D O U G H:

• 1/2 of a large banana
• 4 to 6 tbsp all purpose flour + more if needed
• 3/4 of a tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp soft coconut oil
• 1 tablespoon plant milk only if needed (start with less or none and add as needed)

F I L L I N G:

• 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• Coconut oil for brushing

C A R A M E L (feel free to double if you like lots of caramel!)

• 1 heaping tablespoon coconut sugar
• 1 tablespoon coconut milk cream (hardened thick white part on top of chilled or unshaken can)
• Pinch salt
