Ingredients
2,5 cup fresh basil leaves
1 small clove garlic
1/3 cup pine nut
1/5 cup olive oil
4 pinch salt
2 pinch pepper
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
4 cups whole wheat pasta
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water, then drain.
While the pasta is cooking, put all the ingredients (except the nutritional yeast) to a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Mix the pasta with the pesto.
Sprinkle the nutritional yeast on top.
Enjoy!
