20-Minute Vegan Basil Pesto Pasta

Hey there. How about something quick and easy to make. We mean really quick and easy! And wonderfully delicious. It is by The Green Loot.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 2


2,5 cup fresh basil leaves
1 small clove garlic
1/3 cup pine nut
1/5 cup olive oil
4 pinch salt
2 pinch pepper
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
4 cups whole wheat pasta


Cook the pasta in salted water, then drain.
While the pasta is cooking, put all the ingredients (except the nutritional yeast) to a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Mix the pasta with the pesto.
Sprinkle the nutritional yeast on top.
